Bristol Farms in Palm Desert

I shop here from time to time, especially when it comes to the bakery and cake dept. They have a great variety to choose from, fresh and always a crowd pleaser. Im giving 3 stars for the bakery attendant. Each and every time I've gone, she seems annoyed to have to help. I have been standing infront of the cake counter and have had to wait for her to acknowledge and make eye contact on various occasions. I know she can see customers in need, she always asks me "did u need something?" As if im standing there for no reason. Not the level of service I expect from such a high end grocery store. Should not have to feel that im disturbing someone to make a purchase.

I went in here for some coffee cause I met this girl that told me how amazing it was! So I came in asked for the ice blended mexi mocha drink! It’s like a Mexican hot chocolate w/cinnamon that you’re abuela use to make for you when you were young! And there is so many other things on the menu that you can try! I’ll definitely be back!!!

We were excited to shop at BF’sEverything was great until we got home from shopping. The colossal shrimp we purchased smell terrible. Ended up throwing them away. Very sad day

Bristol Farms in Palm Desert is a source of good food from basics to artisan breads and drinks. We always stock.up there for our trips to the desert in the spring.

Very nice place to enjoy lunch! Many gourmet items to choose from. We enjoy going there.

I am not a frequent shopper here, but when I am in PD, I try to swing by for their Poke Bar. It is excellent!! Always has been. But, that is just about as far as my love for this store goes. I understand that it fills the niche of an upscale grocery store. Their deli items always look good... and the tomato basil soup is superb. But the prices on every day items are ridiculous. Also, the staff are not usually very friendly or helpful. Maybe if I were some little old lady, they would be more responsive. But, a simple smile goes a long way.

Bristol Farm Cafe serves the delious breakfast and best lunch in the area.

Higher end chain...seafood selections are among the best in the Valley. Sales are great. Service is generally very good.

A very clean store where employees do their best to accommodate you. Their food is delicious. They have a wonderful variety that chain markets don't carry. Kind of pricey

Bristol Farms and I were made for one another; it’s like a match made in heaven! To briefly sum it up my wife works hard so seldom prepares dinner; maybe once a month. The result is we eat out a lot but prefer to dine at home. So once or twice a week I “cook” dinner that I don’t really have to cook at all because Bristol Farms does! As an example, last night we had shrimp cocktails, tossed lettuce salad, meatloaf, Mac & Cheese, wine and dessert all “prepared” with minimum effort on my part. Their huge variety of table ready food adds to our quality of life!

Good selection of specialty foods and drinks. Don't ever go there to eat after 7pm. Salad bar had dry lettuce and spinach, nothing marked, no cheese, out of dressing. Wife ordered a Turkey sandwich...Turkey was great...bread so dry it felt more like toast. They were out of wheat bread. I was disappointed, trying not to sound whiny.

I love their lunch specials. I had a steak sandwich sweet potato fries and a drink for just over $10

This is a somewhat pricey grocery store. That said, it is also a go-to establishment for hard-to-find and high-quality items, which is what usually brings us here. An example: the price of limes here is about double that of other local grocery stores. However, the size of said limes is also double that of other area grocers. So if you want a lime bigger than a ping-pong ball, go here! ☺️

A little pricey. Limited selections. No self checkout. But what you get is worth the price.

What can I say? I love stopping by after volunteering at Eisenhower and picking up one of the freshly carved turkey sandwiches. They are yummy! And the potato salad is very close to what my mom made. Staff is always very helpful. Selection of cheeses and perfect produce always draw me in.

Bristol cafe is the bomb...super food...very reasonable...awesome service. Great selection of entries.

I love their selections butEmploye was annoyed because my client could not decided if she wanted 1lbs or 1 half poud of Tri Tip.

The prices are in-sane. Now the service is excellent. The people at the meat counter are so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I appreciated knowing I can personalize a cut or pick the steak I want. The pastries look delicious and the produce fresh. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny. If you afford it, more power to you!

The food was good, but the bacon was stale, and the potatoes were bland. As was the steak in the steak sandwich. However the pancakes, eggs, and sausage were delicious.

Love their Lemon Pepper poultry rub. Fantastic flavors.Best grocery store sushi in the desert. Don’t see what you want the Sushi chef will custom make.Every time we visit their onsite cafe is crowded. On our list to try. Has to be crowded for a reason!

High end grocery deli and restaurant. Gourmet everything and quality foods. Extensive variety of gourmet foods, cheese, wine, beer and bakery. Friendly people in the deli. They trimmed the fat on my tri-tip sandwich so I only got lean meat. I have a pet peeve about ordering a roast beef sandwich and getting a roast fat sandwich instead. I was pleased that I got what I ordered. Prices are higher than Safeway grocers but this is not trying to be Safeway. This is top shelf everything. Still the prices are tolerable. Besides, you deserve to stop eating out of the dumpster.

Excellent service and selection with helpful, willing people. Not snobby and put out like the employees at Whole Foods. I also like the set up and open experience. Whole Foods is crammed too close. Ill go back to Bristol Farms, but no longer Amazons Whole Foods.

While this Store is Pricey, they have a very Unique Selection of Cheese's, Olives, and other foods that can be hard to find. Bristol Farms has a wonderful selection for Salads, and Hot Plate Meals. I definitely recommend at the least you want to check it out! I Love this Store!

Prices are much to expensive. Nice store, the checker was not cordial at all. Sad he must have been having a bad day. I go to Stater Brothers in Cathedral City, the produce is always so fresh, merchandised well. The meat market is tremendous, the guys working behind the counter go out if their way to accommodate you. Best in this desert, and you can afford to feed your family without paying a fortune for ordinary products.

Always so sweet and willing to help! Love the ladies at the front 🙌 they also have some off-brand items that are much healthier for the body, mind, and soul

I like the many selections here for everything I'm looking for. The Cafe is perfect for grabbing a quick bite. You can't go wrong with the juice bar.

I love this store. The meat counter has wonderful butchers and exceptional meats and fish. The cheese section is a gem, the deli counter has amazing prepared food. Love the sushi too. Many items in the store are hard to find elsewhere

I regularly go to this wonderful market for fresh gourmet items .... but today there was a HUGE surprise: PRIME RIB (!) WAS AVAILABLE AT THE HOT BAR! I just finished eating it for dinner and feel like I just went to a top drawer restaurant! It was excellent!

We like to shop at Bristol Farms because of the interesting variety of foodstuffs they carry. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We always find a few items that would not be available at other food stores in the area.

Excellent selection, specialty products, premium meat and produce, great sale prices and the friendliest staff! I'll be coming back!

Breakfast in the cafe is exceptional along with the price can't be beat. Staff is always helpful and friendly. We love options. We can pick up fresh made meals, wine or any other beverage. Cheese selections are the best. Bakery or coffee shop are great. Fresh flowers, salad bar, butcher or fresh made pizzas covers all your needs. Can't find a thing wrong and wifi tops off the whole experience! !!

Bristol Farms is the most beautiful grocery store I have been in. There prices are high, but so is the selection and quality. They stock things that can't be found elsewhere. I bought some butter patties that were there special of the day because they looked so good. Well, I just cooked 2 of them, and OMG are they good!So, sometimes it is nice to splurge. If in had ordered this Burger in a restaurant, it would have been $15 minimum! So, for $3 cooking it myself, it was fantastic!Our friends get their cooked Thanksgiving turkey from Bristol Farms each year, and it is always amazing. The best turkey I have every eaten!So, if you want quality food, check out Bristol Farms.

Love to shop here! Get selection and set up. They actually have a cafe inside that serves breakfast and lunch. I would compare this to wholefoods but only a smaller store. They have lots of local selections as well as signature items. I love the juice bar and bakery. Great service too.
